Welcome to K9 Outdoor Adventures, Inc. These Terms of Adventure (“Terms”) explain the rules and conditions that apply when you book or participate in our dog adventure services.
K9 Outdoor Adventures provides supervised outdoor adventures for dogs, including pickup and drop-off transportation in the West Fargo and Fargo, North Dakota area.
Our standard adventure includes door-to-door pickup and drop-off and approximately four hours from pickup to drop-off.
Pickup and drop-off times may vary depending on the dog's location, route, traffic, weather, and the number of dogs scheduled that day.
Adventure bookings must be made through the available booking system on our website.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated by K9 Outdoor Adventures.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment and booking information have been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, and dog information when booking.
Our normal pickup window is approximately 8:00 AM–9:00 AM, with drop-offs generally occurring between 12:00 PM–1:00 PM, depending on the individual route and pickup location.
The four-hour adventure period is measured from your dog's pickup time to the dog's drop-off time.

We may send text updates when we are on the way so you have an estimated arrival time.
For safety, supervision, and the quality of the adventure experience, the Pup Bus is limited to a maximum of 7 dogs per day.
Available spaces may vary by date and route.
K9 Outdoor Adventures welcomes dogs of all sizes.
For the safety and well-being of all dogs participating, dogs must be reasonably able to travel and participate safely in a group adventure environment.
Dogs that display aggressive, dangerous, or consistently disruptive behavior may be removed from the service or may be refused future participation.
If we determine that a dog's behavior presents a safety concern for the dog, other dogs, or people, we may contact the owner and arrange for the dog to be returned home.
Every first-time dog must have a completed intake waiver on file before participating in an adventure.
The waiver provides important information about your dog and confirms your acknowledgment of the risks associated with participation.
K9 Outdoor Adventures may require updated information or documentation when necessary.
Dogs are transported in the Pup Bus using appropriate restraints and safety procedures.
While we take reasonable precautions to provide a safe experience, participation in transportation and outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
By booking an adventure, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow the applicable requirements and instructions provided by K9 Outdoor Adventures.
If your dog becomes injured, ill, or experiences an emergency while participating in an adventure, K9 Outdoor Adventures will take reasonable steps to protect the dog's safety and may seek appropriate veterinary assistance when reasonably necessary.
You authorize K9 Outdoor Adventures to seek emergency veterinary care when necessary if you cannot be reached in a reasonable amount of time.
You remain responsible for veterinary, medical, transportation, or other costs associated with your dog's care.
Outdoor adventures may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled when weather or environmental conditions are considered unsafe.
Examples may include extreme temperatures, severe storms, dangerous travel conditions, or other circumstances that could create an unreasonable safety risk.
We will communicate changes as soon as reasonably possible and provide available rescheduling options when applicable.
Safety decisions regarding whether an adventure can proceed will be made based on the conditions at the time.
K9 Outdoor Adventures operates seasonally.
The business may temporarily close during the coldest winter months when weather conditions are not suitable for safe outdoor adventures.
The schedule may be adjusted from year to year depending on weather and operating conditions.
Routes may change from week to week based on availability, weather, dog groupings, locations, and operating needs.
The weekly route schedule displayed on the website is subject to change.
K9 Outdoor Adventures may adjust pickup and drop-off times when necessary to safely and efficiently operate the Pup Bus.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to the current booking and cancellation policies displayed at the time of booking.
If an adventure must be cancelled by K9 Outdoor Adventures because of weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside the client's control, available rescheduling options will be communicated to the client.
K9 Adventure Club members may receive loyalty points and discounts according to the membership level and program rules displayed on the website.
Points, membership levels, discounts, and other benefits are subject to the current program terms.
Loyalty points may be earned based on qualifying purchases and may vary by membership level.
K9 Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to correct account balances, adjust improperly awarded points, or update the loyalty program when necessary.
Membership benefits and loyalty points are associated with the applicable client account and are not guaranteed to be transferable between accounts.
Clients may create an online account to manage bookings, view applicable account information, and access membership or loyalty benefits.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You should notify K9 Outdoor Adventures if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

If you will not be home during your dog's scheduled pickup or drop-off, you must provide K9 Outdoor Adventures with appropriate and secure access instructions when applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that any access method provided is safe and authorized.
K9 Outdoor Adventures may provide photos, videos, or updates from adventures through its website, social media, or other communication channels.
Any public sharing of identifiable client information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy practices and permissions.
K9 Outdoor Adventures is not responsible for personal belongings, collars, leashes, toys, clothing, or other items that are lost or damaged during an adventure unless required by applicable law.
Please avoid sending unnecessary valuables or personal items with your dog.
K9 Outdoor Adventures may modify, suspend, or discontinue services, routes, schedules, pricing, membership benefits, or other features when necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes that affect existing bookings or memberships.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K9 Outdoor Adventures, Inc. and its owners, operators, employees, and service providers are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from participation in an adventure except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, inaccurate information provided by you, or your dog's behavior or actions, except to the extent caused by the negligence or wrongful conduct of K9 Outdoor Adventures.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
All website content, branding, graphics, text, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to K9 Outdoor Adventures unless otherwise stated.
K9 Outdoor Adventures may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website or booking of services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
